We are looking for someone energetic, eager to teach, business driven mind and wants to grow with our Brokerage. We are one of the top Century 21 firms
in the country. We are looking for someone wanting to work together to help grow our brokerage. The Manager will be responsible for day to day activities of that branch and report
to the Broker of Record on a regular basis. If you are looking for a 9-5 job, then this isn't the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Training/coaching sales representatives
- Mentoring sales representatives
- Helping sales representatives on a daily basis
- Recruiting
- Retention
Knowledge:

Must be extremely knowledgeable of the real estate rules and regulations, policies and by laws including but not limited to RECO. OREA, CREA, TREB, code of
ethics, FINTRAC, DNCL, CASL etc
Skills and Abilities:

Ability to multi-task on assignments and projects.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Willing to teach
Professional Certification:

MUST be a licensed BROKER in Ontario
Experience:

Prior real estate sales management experience a bonus
