    Description:
    - CENTURY 21 Atria Realty Inc. is hiring part-time front desk admins for its Richmond Hill, North York and Downtown locations. Experience preferred, but not required. Part-time hours
    can include weeknights until 9pm and working weekend hours.
    
 
    Responsibilities:
    - Meet and greet clients 
    
 
    - Data entry 
    
 
    - Answering phone calls 
    
 
    - Filing 
    
 
    - Book appointments 
    
 
    - TREB Stratus
    
 
    Knowledge:
    - Prior experience if preferred but not mandatory.
    
 
    Skills and Abilities:
    - Friendly, outgoing, and able to work with a variety of people
    
 
    - Excellent spelling and communication skills
    
 
    - Computer Skills Required: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel. Bonus if experienced with QUICK OFFICE, WolfConnect, and TREB STRATUS
    
 
    - Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute
    
 
     Experience:
    - Prior real estate office experience is preferred.
