Support Staff for Hire

(Part-Time)


Location: Richmond Hill, ON

 

Compensation: Hourly

 

Description:

  • CENTURY 21 Atria Realty Inc. is hiring part-time front desk admins for its Richmond Hill, North York and Downtown locations. Experience preferred, but not required. Part-time hours can include weeknights until 9pm and working weekend hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet clients 
  • Data entry 
  • Answering phone calls 
  • Filing 
  • Book appointments 
  • TREB Stratus

Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Prior experience if preferred but not mandatory.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and able to work with a variety of people
  • Excellent spelling and communication skills
  • Computer Skills Required: Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel. Bonus if experienced with QUICK OFFICE, WolfConnect, and TREB STRATUS
  • Must be able to type at least 60 words per minute

 Experience:

  • Prior real estate office experience is preferred.
